Paul Zadie is a full stack creative and founder of Zadie Studio, based in Keene, New Hampshire.

He works across the complete creative and technical spectrum: video production, 2D and 3D motion graphics, visual effects, animation, and software development. It's an unusual combination, and an intentional one. Most creative work suffers in translation, between the person with the vision and the people executing it. Paul closes that gap by being both.

The directorial instinct runs through everything. Whether he's building a motion package from scratch, dropping into an editorial suite to finish someone else's cut, or writing code to support a production pipeline, the question is always the same: does this serve the story? That orientation, vision first, tools second, is what keeps work from feeling assembled and makes it feel authored.

Over the years, that approach has shaped projects across broadcast commercials, live event visuals, branded content, interactive experiences, and custom software. The through line isn't the medium; it's the point of view brought to it.

Collaboration is central to how he works. Some clients arrive with a fully developed brief and need a skilled hand to execute it. Others come with a rough idea and want a creative director to help shape it from the ground up. Paul is comfortable at either end, joining a production mid-stream, finishing what someone else started, or owning the process end to end.
